Payment Terms

• 50% of accommodation rental value within 72hrs of booking date 
• 50% of accommodation rental value within two months of check in date 
• Extras (check in and out one-off cleaning fee/ damages security deposit and tourism tax) to be paid by transfer up to 2 months prior to check in date 
• Payment accepted via bank transfer 

Rental Cancelation Terms

• 4 months prior
  Within four months of check in guest can get a full refund

• 3 months prior
  Within 3 months of check in 50% of booking is refunded (if already already paid in full, only 50% is refunded) 

• 2 months prior
  Anything post this date, rental is lost 

 Rates and Availibilty

• Rates are garanteed once the reservation is confirmed and payed by the client
• Rates and availibility of the properties are valid for 48h after being sent to the client 
• The security deposit will be returned to the client 48h to 72 hours after check out, provided that the property is found in good conditions and without any damage

Parties and Noise - Parties are totally forbidden.

in case you wish to have more guests at the property, which are not the ones listed previously with The Getaway Collection, the request must be formally made to the Getaway Collection who will pass it on to the owner, and if accepted by the owner, there may be an extra charge.

In the event of an unauthorised party or event, guests may be asked to leave the property.

It’s also forbidden to make noise between 11pm till 7am. If these rules are disrespected and the neighbors call the police, you will be responsable for paying the fines and we will keep your security deposit.

LIABILITIES

 The Getaway Collection service is legally limited to the properties and the relationship with the guests during the stay. The Getaway Collection will not be liable for any occurrences outside the boundaries of the property, such as (but not limited to): cleaning and maintenance of the building (in the case of apartment buildings) or the street/neighborhood, outside noises, construction, neighbours or any other matter not directly related to the property itself.
