- Bathroom with bathtub.

- Fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and blender.

The whole apartment has high-speed Internet connection via Wi-Fi and all rooms are air-conditioned/heated.

Príncipe Real is the trendy neighbourhood of Lisbon, where you can find the newest restaurants and the most alternative commercial spaces. This neighbourhood was nicknamed Príncipe Real in honor of D. Pedro V, son of Dona Maria II, and is located north of the bohemian Bairro Alto.

It has become the hipster area of the city thanks to the several design stores that have sprung up recently, attracting an increasingly younger population. However, it keeps intact its essentially residential charm with beautiful gardens, two of the city's quietest squares (Príncipe Real and Flores) and palaces. Its charm makes it one of the most exclusive and sought after neighborhoods to live in, leading to several old buildings being restored.

In contrast to the age of the buildings and the pieces exhibited in the antique shops of the area, Príncipe Real presents a new vitality, becoming more and more cosmopolitan.

All this without mentioning the proximity to Bairro Alto and Chiado, famous areas for nightlife, shopping and leisure.
