Facing south, the entirety of the Villa embraces the stillness of the Ria waters. There are seven bedrooms with breathtaking panoramic views. The east wing of the Villa has 3 rooms and the west wind has 4 rooms. Each house has its own private terraces, garden, and heated pool.
Algarve is one of the few areas in Europe to enjoy 300 days of sunshine per year. Hiking, cycling, bird watching among other activities may be enjoyed even during the winter. As a private-owned villa you have access to a library filled with books written in English and Portuguese, including fiction, travel and lifestyle, cooking, architecture and design as well as a collection of Classic DVD films to play on the TV screen when Internet service is less fluid.
