Upon entering the house, you'll find an open-plan space with a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerated wine cellar, a cosy living room, a dining area and a balcony that connects the kitchen, the living room and a bedroom with direct access to the pool.
On the ground floor, you'll find two double bedrooms, each with fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has access to the garden with stairs leading down to the pool area. A service bathroom is also on this floor.
Up the stairs with large windows, you'll find the other 2 bedrooms. The master suite has a queen-size bed, a walk-in wardrobe, views of the golf course, a private balcony with seating furniture and an en suite bathroom with a bath and shower. The other bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe, a small balcony and a private bathroom with a shower.
